Over 40% Of The Adult Serious Risk In USA.

Today, I wanted to alert you to something will afflict 40% of the adult population (or more) at some point of their lives. It's called hemorrhoids or piles and it's basically any form of vein inflammation around the lower rectal regions.
Blood on your toilet paper? Itching in your anus area? Pain during constipation? All of these are likely signs that you may have hemorrhoids and it's no laughing matter – because although common, they can be annoying and embarrassing.
In the more severe stages, they can fall out like a lump outside your bottom. So what are some common mistakes that people make which contribute to developing this common condition? Even if you have these already, avoiding the following 3 mistakes can start relieving the problem gradually.
Mistake #1: Eating too much processed food
This can be a toughie for some people. However, it's known that processed foods create harder stool and troubles in digestion. This creates constipation and other issues which can lead to hemorrhoids. The key here, especially when you are suffering and trying to cure hemorrhoids, is to lower your intake of processed sugars and foods.
Mistake #2: Sedentary lifestyle
A lot of long term sitting can create additional pressure on the bottom area and this invokes the perfect environment for a hemorrhoid to occur if combined with a sharp force such as constipation or pregnancy (in women). The solution is to make sure you do not sit for over 1 hour at a time, and remember to do stretches that promote healthy blood flow.
Mistake #3: Intake of processed medication and creams
This creates the same potential problem as processed foods. Even many of the fiber supplements contain processed and artificial elements that can create side-effects elsewhere… and lastly they are not even attacking the root of the problem here.
The other downside of these creams which do no benefit is that they waste one's time and the hemorrhoid can get worse over time if the root problem is not reversed.
So try to avoid these 3 mistakes and you will not be contributing to any worsening of hemorrhoids. It's very important to understand these in our modern lifestyle of sedentary office work and processed, convenient diets.

The Sonoma Diet vs. Atkins and South Beach.

The Sonoma diet has 3 phases (which it calls "waves") --- and these are sort of similar to the various phases of the Atkins and South Beach phases. In fact, phase 1 of the Sonoma Diet is called the "Induction" phase, and it seems to serve the same general purpose as phase 1 of the Atkins and South Beach programs too (which is to eliminate certain types of processed foods, sugars, and some other foods too). For example, phase 1 of the Sonoma diet (the INDUCTION phase) lasts 10 days, and the purpose of this phase is to eliminate sugar based carbs, processed foods, certain types of fats, and other types of foods such as fruit. This is sort of similar to how the South Beach program uses it's first phase to eliminate sugar, fruit and processed foods too. Also, the Atkins program has a similar type of "induction phase" which serves the same "general" purpose more or less. Then, the Sonoma diet has a second phase (wave 2) which is used to re-introduce some types of foods back into the diet, and this is similar to how the South Beach plan has a second phase which re-introduces certain types of carbs (such as fruits) back into the diet also. Actually, it's kind of a coincidence because the Atkins diet also has a phase where it allows certain types of carbs (such as fruit) back into the diet. Finally, the Sonoma diet has a third phase (wave 3) which is used when a dieter finally reaches their goal weight and wishes to "maintain" that weight for the rest of their lives. This is the phase where the dieter is expected to make the Sonoma diet a "lifestyle", and this phase allows more liberal food choices too. It's interesting since the Atkins diet also has a final phase which dieters use when they reach their "goal weight".....And this is also similar to how the South Beach diet has a final phase which serves to turn the diet into a permanent lifestyle when dieters reach their goal weight. So even though the foods are very different on the Sonoma diet -- it still seems to have many of the same "general principles" as the Atkins and South Beach diets to some degree (at least in our opinion anyway). Of course, we're not saying that its the same as the Atkins and South Beach plans of course (since there are some major differences between the Sonoma Diet and the other 2 diets)........but we're saying that many of the same "general principles" appear to be similar, such as the various phases (and what those phases are used for). Our opinion: We do not recommend using the Sonoma Diet for the same reasons that we do not recommend using the Atkins or South Beach programs. We think that such a diet is too difficult to follow for average dieters since the menu is a permanent lifestyle change which does limit certain types of foods, and the first phase is likely to sap your energy if you're not careful.End of Review. There is a new 11 Day Diet which is called the Idiot Proof Diet, and it has no limits on food portions (it also allows 3 cheat days every 11 days where anything can be eaten). This new Fat Burning Diet is helping thousands of people to lose weight each week.

Why Calorie Counting Doesn’t Work for Weight Loss.

..Most people believe that calories are the "enemy", since eating excess calories leads to excess fat, right? That’s why most people believe that the fastest way to lose weight is to cut way back on calories each day. After all, if a dieter is eating 2,500 calories per day and they decide to cut back to 1,500 calories per day – then obviously those extra 1,000 calories have to result in weight loss, right?Well, actually this is not exactly true.In fact, if you try to cut your calories too much (via starving yourself and skipping meals) then you'll quickly reach a dieting "plateau" (a point where the scale refuses to drop any lower no matter how little your are eating).Firstly, let’s talk about how the average person begins a new diet...The scenario usually sounds something like this...One day you look in the mirror and see that your clothes are fitting tighter than normal, and you look more overweight than normal. ...And on this day you get “angry” with yourself, you’re angry with what you see in the mirror – and you decide that you’re going to lose weight no matter what it takes. You are filled with lots of motivation and anger on this day, and you feel determined to do whatever it takes to get slimmer.
So what's the first thing you do?...You begin skipping meals and cutting way back on calories in an attempt to starve yourself thinner, since you're convinced that calories are the enemy.Anyway, the above scenario is how you begin your “starvation diet.”On the first day of dieting you feel so “motivated” to lose weight that you decide to skip breakfast.Unfortunately, this motivation doesn't last for long, because after a few hours your hunger begins making you feel weak -- because your body is not accustomed to "skipping meals" like this, and your body is not accustomed to being without calories for so long.Anyway, by the time lunchtime arrives you’re so hungry (and weak) that you feel absolutely miserable --- but yet you bravely tell yourself that you can handle this diet (because after all, you certainly don’t want to feel like a quitter). So you perhaps have a piece of fruit for lunch (or perhaps another small food item instead), since you're still convinced that you can starve yourself thinner. Finally, hours later when dinnertime arrives you’re so miserable and hungry that you have a major headache – and this is the moment when you finally begin to realize that starving yourself might not be such a good idea after all. After this first day of starving yourself you feel horrible, but you’re determined to stick to your diet since you don't want to be a quitter so soon -- so you’ll likely hold out for another few days on this diet. Or, if you are particularly brave then you may even hold out for a week or two. However, regardless of how long you actually hold out -- you won't get any slimmer and the final result will still be the same. You see, even after two weeks of starving yourself you won’t have achieved any serious weight loss at all. In fact, your body will still look the same when you look in the mirror. Why is this true? This is true because most of the weight lost during a “starvation diet” is just water weight, and not real fat loss. You must remember that any “water weight” lost during a starvation diet will be gained back immediately when you stop dieting and start eating normally again. Also, whenever you starve yourself you cause a “hidden” factor to come into play...You see, whenever you starve yourself your body will begin burning fewer calories each day.For instance, let’s say that you normally eat about 3,,000 calories per day.....But then you suddenly cut way back on calories -- so that you're now eating only 1,000 calories per day.Guess what happens?Even though you’re eating 2,000 fewer calories per day your body will begin burning 2,000 fewer calories per day – so in reality your weight will remain the same even though you’re eating 2,000 fewer calories per day. When this happens the scale will stop going down regardless of how little you are eating each day, and this is known as a weight loss “plateau.” This is why most starvation dieters cannot make the scale go down anymore after just two weeks of dieting. They all hit a “plateau” where the scale just refuses to go down any further, no matter how little they are eating each day.Now you know why you’ve always failed when trying to starve yourself in the past, since it’s just not possible to lose weight by starving yourself. The truth is that “serious” weight loss can never be achieved by starvation dieting.Serious weight loss can only be achieved by giving your body the right types of calories at the correct times each day, which is something that we talk about below... Your body is actually like a big “engine” -- and the truth is that your body needs all 3 types of calories (protein, carbs, and fat) to some degree. To begin losing weight fast we recommend using the new Idiot Proof Diet from Fat Loss 4 Idiots -- because it does not require any calorie counting (it's one of the only diets in the world which forces fast weight loss without the need to count calories.more about this story please click the link bellow.

Is Google in Trouble & Facing Bankruptcy.

[NEW YORK - Wednesday] - by Devon Melk. Rumors are now running amokthat the 2nd most powerful website on the entire Worldwide-Web mayfile BANKRUPTCY, with the deadline set for this December; being thedate of both discharge and dissolution in a Federal Court of Law.This would come as a SHOCK to investors and "Googlers" alike whoboth profit and benefit from the use of the World's largest andmost powerful search engine which receives far in excess of100 MILLION unique daily visitors and well over 300 millionindividual searches daily - making it perhaps the single mostvaluable public data resource as an "information bank" online theworld over. But is the rumor true or false? The origin of the rumor occurred when some savvy Internet marketersbegan making statements that they had heard "insiders' talk" thatthe company (now publicly traded since April 30, 2004, just over 3years ago) may face financial disaster with the release of a "newsystem" that would allow advertisers to get their otherwisepay-per-click (PPC) advertising completely free. This, of course, would naturally lead directly (like a domino-effect) to the collapse of Google's sibling program AdSense; as itsonly revenue comes from the direct sales of AdWords "clicks."The "new system" in question and responsible for the controversyover getting AdWords pay-per-clicks free is that developed byDr Jon Cohen of New York City, New York (now retired) who discovereda simple, yet effective means, for getting Google PPC ads withouthaving to suffer the costs involved. The retired New York doctor and native has a publicly disclosed networth now in excess of $7O million [US], having generated well over$377 million in product sales from sixteen (16) separate onlinebusinesses within just nine (9) years since first venturing onlinein 1998 (about the same time as Google was founded). It is estimated by company insiders and leading financial analyststhat the "good doctor" (as he's called by "all who know him") haspurportedly saved well over $93 million (some estimates suggestcloser to $136 million) in otherwise paid advertising at Google andthe other major players in the PPC targeted-search arena online -including Yahoo, MSN, AskJeeves, AllTheWeb.com, HotBot, AltaVista,Lycos and Netscape, just to name a few.The "secret" became available to the general masses last April, andits very release caused such a major sweeping stir among thecommunity of Internet-marketers, affiliate-marketers, webmasters, ecommerce company owners and surfers alike that the site quicklyrose to break the top most visited 1,000 websites on the entireplanet briefly; and as can be seen here: http://shema123.freegoogle.hop.clickbank.net When asked if the "secret" would somehow ruin Google, Dr Cohenrevealed almost cryptically that it actually would bring about justthe opposite effect, and "stimulate" even more business volume forthe virtual giant. Many people were dismayed to find that Google itself is deliberatelyallowing the purchase of 100,000's of PPC ads offering the secretsystem to the general public -- which indicates to most observersthat either they [Google] haven't caught it, or they simply feelthat it somehow is not a threat to their continued operation. For anyone's inspection factual and hard evidence supporting thiscan be seen by simply looking to the right-hand column when doing asearch for "get google ads free" (specifically in quotation marks)at Google.com under the "Sponsored Links" section.Or take this direct and instant SHORTCUT: http://shema123.freegoogle.hop.clickbank.netYou can also see nearly 100,000 specific results in the "organic"fields index located in the center and which occupies the bulk ofthe results pages. One would think that if Google felt threatened by such a release asthis earth-shaking "secret" is, they would hardly allow for eitherpaid-ads or organic content to make the top searches regarding it.However, evidence supports to the contrary - and this being thecase now for a full six (6) months.Mysteriously, within just two (2) hours of its initial release lastApril, Google itself actually did in fact 'pause' the parent firm'sattempts at advertising the new system using PPCs on their searchengine - only, however, to release the hold after a Review Teamconsisting of some of Google's top executives completed performingan in-depth investigation and made the determination to ALLOW theads to run.The secret system was recently revised however to include "majornew content" and "more exhaustive instructions," and is nowavailable at its Home Site: http://shema123.freegoogle.hop.clickbank.netThe most important addition is that of a so-called "string of code"(tech-talk for some HTML) that can be added to any webpage(s) thatinstantly causes the elimination of the page owner's AdWords costsright away.Even a "live" woman spokes-representative ("Rachel") has been addedto the site, and who appears to literally walk out onto the webpageand talk to visitors and explain a bit more how the mysterious newbreakthrough system works.Since the addition of this new "live" spokes-woman has now appearedat the site, company Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Mr ToddCoutrin states that "sales for the system have skyrocketed above2,430% suddenly and with no limit in sight. When asked, Google company representatives stated matter-of-factlythat the rumors of bankruptcy for the ecommerce giant are simplynot true, and that the rumor millings are in fact simply the resultof "panics" brought on by the usual hysteria associated withanything large, new or revolutionary - or in this case, all three.Attempts to contact both Sergey Brin and Larry Page, the formerStanford University students who founded Google in 1998, to requestcomment were unsuccessful.Again, Google itself seems to be the biggest supporter of the "newsystem" as it's allowing more and more advertisers to promote thenew system on its search engine before over 100 million dailysearches and surfers.

This Behind the Scenes article was provided to LiveScience in partnership with the National Science Foundation.Boaco, like many communities around the world, has serious water supply and quality problems. My thesis research brought me to the small, rural town in Nicaragua, where I have been working with my advisor John Geirke to identify geological lineaments (fractures) from satellite imagery that will improve groundwater exploration and siting of wells in this rugged terrain. Working towards my master's thesis in geological engineering from Michigan Technological University, I experienced the water scarcity first hand at our motel in downtown Boaco. The motel water supply was intermittent, only on for what seemed like a few hours every other day. A holding tank in the motel courtyard would fill up and provide water for the business and guests during the long intervals of time when the water was off. To conserve the small water stash, the two motel showers were pilas, troughs from which you dip in bowls to collect water to dump over your body. Similarly, a visit to the bathroom first required a visit to the holding tank for a bucket of water for flushing. Of course, this water isn’t drinkable — it is contaminated due to its source, mostly from a polluted river, and from cross-contamination of the distribution piping system with the wastewater lines. One objective of my field work was to see what geologic lineaments, identified from satellite imagery, actually look like from a ground perspective. So I sought out the lineaments by rental truck, with maps in hand. Often, "roads" on the map turned out to be what I would consider cow paths. Bridges were lacking, giving us no choice but to simply drive through rivers. An unexpected benefit from this method of travel was an inside view of the Nicaraguan countryside. Besides lineaments, I saw a wide variety of wildlife including sloths, monkeys, many exotic birds and a few ominous-looking snakes.A particularly challenging facet of this research was performing well-pumping tests on drilled, hand-pump wells, to check the validity of my lineament interpretations. Significant time and effort was necessary to acquire community cooperation, since every well we tested had to remain unused for several hours prior to the test. Finding the "keepers" of a well often sent us on a wild goose chase where we talked with just about everyone in the community. Getting a well-keeper to agree to let me test the well often meant performing tests before 6 o’clock in the morning in order to minimize disturbance to the community.Once the pumping test began, we would try to gather people to fill their buckets with the water that was being extracted, instead of wastefully dumping it on the ground. It was the same for every well. At first, just a few curious kids with their buckets would show up and carry the water back to their homes. Quickly they would return, only this time with their families, friends, and neighbors — and everyone brought buckets. By the time pumping stopped, it seemed like the entire community would be present, always interested in the test, the results, and, of course, the gringos.I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to perform field work in Nicaragua. Carrying out a successful scientific investigation under less than ideal circumstances required me to be both creative and flexible when solving problems. Rolling with the punches was the only option at times, which was a hard, yet important, truth for my engineering mind to come to terms with. Also, experiencing and learning from the Nicaraguan people, their culture and way of life, was invaluable. This has given me a new, wider perspective on many issues our world is facing today and has produced in me a gratitude for the relative ease of my own daily life.

2ndable:The human DNA is a biological Internet and superior in many aspects to the artificial one. The latest Russian scientific research directly or indirectly explains phenomena such as clairvoyance, intuition, spontaneous and remote acts of healing, self healing, affirmation techniques, unusual light/auras around people (namely spiritual masters), minds influence on weather patterns and much more. In addition, there is evidence for a whole new type of medicine in which DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies WITHOUT cutting out and replacing single genes. Only 10% of our DNA is being used for building proteins. It is this subset of DNA that is of interest to western researchers and is being examined and categorized. The other 90% are considered “junk DNA. read the rest of the story …
